Information you give us.
When you book a consultation, call the clinic or send us a message, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details and the reason you are getting in touch. When you use this website we also collect standard technical information such as pages viewed, through analytics.
To answer you and to run the clinic.
We use your information to respond to you, to arrange and provide your care, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your information.
Clinical information is handled separately.
Information you give us as a patient is held as part of your medical record and is handled under the privacy rules that apply to healthcare providers, which are stricter than the rules that apply to this website. Booking is handled by our booking provider, and their own privacy terms apply to the details you enter there.
Other companies this site works with.
A few parts of this site are run by other companies. Each one has its own privacy terms.
- Aesthetic Record runs our online booking. What you enter when you book goes to them.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used, such as where people scroll and click. It only loads after you say OK on the cookie bar, and it hides what you type.
- Google Maps shows the map to the clinic. It only loads when you press to show the map.
- Cherry runs the payment calculator on our Cherry page and the Cherry application. Its calculator uses Segment, an analytics service, to measure how the calculator is used.
- PatientFi runs the payment calculator on our PatientFi page and the PatientFi application. Its calculator can include a video, which we load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player.
Cherry and PatientFi only load on their own pages, not anywhere else on the site. When you apply for financing, you are giving your details to them, not to us.
