Do I have to be put to sleep?
No. Our body work is done under local anesthetic with you awake, so there is no general anesthesia and no hospital stay. You can talk to us during the treatment and you go home the same day.
How do I know which treatment I need?
It depends on whether the problem is fat, loose skin or muscle tone, and often it is more than one. That is what the consultation is for. We will tell you plainly if a treatment is not right for you.
Can treatments be combined?
Often, yes. Liposuction and skin tightening are commonly planned together, and a Mommy Makeover is a combination by definition. Your physician will tell you what can safely be done in one visit.
How long until I see the result?
Swelling settles over weeks, not days. Most people see the shape settle in fully by around month six. Individual results vary.
