What this covers

This policy applies to luxlipo.com. If you are a patient, the way we handle your medical records is governed separately by our practice privacy notice, which you can request at any time by calling (870) 230-0844.

Information you give us

Booking an appointment. Booking runs through Aesthetic Record, a third-party scheduling and patient management platform. What you enter there — name, contact details, date of birth, appointment preferences, and anything you tell us about your health — is collected and stored by Aesthetic Record under their agreement with us.

Contacting us. Name, email, phone number, and whatever you choose to write. Please don’t put detailed medical information in a website form or an email. Email isn’t a secure channel. If you need to discuss something medical, call us at (870) 230-0844.

Applying for financing. Financing applications happen directly with Cherry or PatientFi on their own websites. We never see or store your financial details, your credit report, or your application.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect your IP address and approximate location, your browser and device type, which pages you viewed and for how long, what brought you here, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies make the site work. It won’t function properly without them.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It records that a browser visited pages on this site and reports that back to Meta, which lets us measure our advertising and reach people who have visited before. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about that browser or account.

Messaging. We use Weave to send and receive text messages, including appointment reminders.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and in your device’s privacy settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Who else is involved

Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

To answer your enquiry and schedule your appointment. To provide care and follow up with you. To take payment and, if you ask, point you toward financing. To send appointment reminders. To improve the website. To meet our legal, professional and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages and email

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or just tell us.

Marketing messages are separate, and we only send those if you’ve asked for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing doesn’t stop appointment reminders, and stopping reminders doesn’t affect your care.

Children

This website isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time. Email info@luxlipo.com or call (870) 230-0844.

Deletion has one limit: medical records have mandatory retention periods under Arkansas law and can’t be deleted on request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and we require the platforms we work with to do the same. No website is completely secure and we can’t guarantee absolute security. Again — please don’t email us detailed medical information.

How long we keep things

We keep patient records for as long as Arkansas law and our professional obligations require, and no longer. Website analytics is kept according to the settings in our analytics tools. Enquiry and contact information is kept as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records.

We link to other websites, including our financing partners and our social media. We’re not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.
